Invite Kamal Imani to Speak With Your Youth!
Kamal Imani Aka Kamal Supreme Brief Bio
Like Hip Hop Artists Raekwon, Jay Z, Nas, Busta Ryhmes and LL, Kamal Supreme has been in the hip hop game for
many years, but playing many positions in the industry. His love for Hip Hop and Spoken Word poetry
keeps him putting out songs for the love of the creativity and the love of the people and as KRS One Says "Money
Will Come In Time".
Kamal is a youth mentor and Teacher of Special Education "At Risk" youth who claim
gangs such as the Bloods, Crips and many others.
Most youth enjoy Kamal's comedic sense of humor, his ability to freestyle, battle rap,
coach basketball and give career building and life saving advice.
Most of Kamal's music and spoken word contain serious radical and socio-political messages i.e "Stop the Violence", "Blast Off", "Let's Build This Empire" and "Ms. Melanin", but
when his inner voice brings him the urge to do a fun song like "Why'd I See You in The Selfie"
you see his fun side come out. As a Virgo, Kamal has a very mercurial spirit
and he knows how to MC i.e "Move the Crowd".
Some of the venues he performed at was the Nets Halftime show, The Nuyorican Poetry Cafe, The Bowery Poetry Club,
Organix Soul Fest at the Basketball Hall of Fame, Princeton University, Rutgers University, Hampton University,
FDU, Bergen Community and many more. He is also a Television Host in NJ (I-Flow, NeetUsa, Bless the Mic, Bless the Stage)
Many artist appreciate Kamal's youtube video "Music Business 101" and more that sheds
basic but compelling insight on the music business.
As Afrika Bambaataa and James Brown once said, in the spirit of Hip Hop, Kamal is really in the spirit of "Peace, Love, Unity
and Having Fun".
Look out for and enjoy songs that make you think and songs that make you party from Kamal
in the near future!
